hello, how do i open a backup of a project in website x12 pro.
I tried renaming but it wont work

...on the right side of the first page, you have a list of option: import, rename...backup...choose backup and you can find the backup of your interest...

Did you follow the instructions as per the official FAQ:

They are for Evolution 10, but apply also to Professional 12 providing you change the paths/filenames as appropriate.
If you have already followed these instructions to the letter, then what happens when you try to open a backup? Do you get any error messages? Can you post a screenshot if it would be helpful?

oh i was doing it the old fashion way , i didnt know just by clicking backup it imported it. Thank you . It does distroy the backrounnd and template though, but i got it now.
