Hi! I just wonder how people work together with a website when having website x5 as a platform ? As long as there's no online editing, I strugle to have more than one publisher on my website. We are a group of people working on a project, and today they have to send me their articles on e-mail, and than i publish it. But that is not something that will work in long term.
Sorry my bad English, but I hope someone understand what I am asking for - Ideas on how to work better together with website x5.

Hi Christer, if you have question or issues to solve, mainly our community does that; for structural purposes it's determinant the Website word, but to have more result, to add external codes to the project we help each one together. I wish to remark two users that create an external support very important for us: http://quellidelcucuzzolo.blogspot.it/
They write in Italian language but with Google translater should be easy to understand.
Don't hesitate to post any problem trought the community.

Hello Christer,
If a WebSite X5 project is exported as an IWZIP file in Step 5, then this file encapsulates the entire project data, and can be freely shared from a cloud hosting location. I have used this method in the past with excellent results.
A few things to be aware of... for obvious reasons all users must have a valid WebSite X5 licence for the version which has been used to produce the project. All users must keep that version updated to avoid version conflicts which will prevent a project being opened or worked on. Only a single user should open the project at any one time (it would be best to 'lock' the file when in use). Once editing is finished, the user should immediately export the project as an IWZIP file, and replace the older version on the cloud hosting.
This method has a further advantage in that the project is permanently backed up in a secure, remote location.
Kind regards,
Paul
