I have problems with the email form, since I update the website with the websitex5 version 12 the email forms stop working

After complete the form and pressing the send button the webpage send this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /www/rapiarte.com.ar/htdocs/res/x5engine.php on line 740

I erase all the website and I upload it again and the problem continue. I erase the form and I create a new one and the problem is the same.
