How to put the flashing text

Hi, my website address is:

Whenever I upddate my website with new material, I wish I could put a flashing text "New" nearby the corresponding tab where I have posted the new article or video whatsoever.
Anybody may kindly help?

Hi, you can find at this address: https://cooltext.com/Logos several examples of logos; you need an image gif, but for its right works import your image into an image object, otherwise (ex. text object) gif image looses it property...

...understood; I mean that for each flashing "new"you need to add an image object in the grid. Only you know your needs...
