Menu Problems - Version 13

When importing a fully working version 12 website based around the web portal 35 template into version 13, the responsive menu is not working correctly. Irrespective of the screen resolution, all I get is the collaped hamburger menu even on a desktop.
Any ideas please?

Paul, it probably means your menu will not fit on one line at the default resolution. Turn off responsive and if this is the case the menu will wrap. Reduce the button sizes untill it fits on one line.
