Image Generation Error (thumbnail generation)

I imported a project from Evolution v12 to v13. The gallery files are there but the thumbnails show a "Image Generation Error". I have dozens of these galleries and recreating them would be quite laborious.
Any thoughts?

I visited the links and none of my pix were larger than 500K. I reduced them further to around 200K and created a new project with Evo v13.
I still get the same diagnostic with an "Image Generation Error" on the thumbnails. This worked perfectly in Evo v12.

Are the images animated gif files?
Can you please check the image bit depth?
