Upgrading project created in Website X5 Evolution 10 in Website X5 Evolution 13

Hello, I imported the project created in Website X5 Evolution 10 in the v13, click on button Next and this changed the template of my website, there is som arbitrary template. I tried to import the template created in v10 but this does not work, som error occured.
I uninstalled both programs v10 and v13 since in meantime I had a message in program WX5 Evolution 10 that some entry point is missing when I click on the Preview button, I installed the v10 program and now the imPreview does not work in this version at all, the page is empty.
So my questions are:
1. What is wrong with imPreview in v10?
2. How can I import the project created in v10 in v13 with original template?

Hello Maria,
The templates import issue will be solved soon with the next update.
The preview issue happens also with a new project?
Can you please send me a screenshot of the error?

Hello Claudio,
Thank you very much for the message. I have found out that the preview problem was caused by the interference with the program for playing videos. I have uninstalled this program and now the WX5 v10 works as before.
I will wait for the next update to try import old templates.
