Unable to open WebsiteX5

My Pc was installed Windows 8, When i opened WebsiteX5, i've found a pop-up box which to showing to install NetFlameFramwork. then i've downloaded NetFramework4.6.1 and installed it. But still found a pop-up box which is showing blocking issues, and unable to install NetFramework4.6.1 too
So that i could not open WebSite.
Please recommend me, What should i do?

Please check if there are any windows updates available and proceed to install them. If no update is found click on the link shown in the "blicking issue" and install the required windows update and once done you can install .NET 4.6.1
