New install x5 crashes on startup

Hi I have just done a first install of x5,that I purchased today 30 January 2017.
The main window opens and then I get an error as in the image below. The only option is to close the program.
After reading other crash problems in this Forum I've done a thorough search for Lavasoft and checked in the Windows System32 directory and as far as I can tell Lavasoft is not on my laptop.
I am running Windows 10 on a HP laptop.
I'm looking for a replacement for Serif WebPlus that Serif is nolonger going to support.
Can anyone please help.

Look also for "Web Companion". It may not come up in a Lavasoft search.

As per your suggestion I have now checked for "Web Companion" and its not on my laptop.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Please try to follow the steps described on https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/es/post/157225 and in case of difficulties send me the FRST.txt and Addition.txt files so I can help you further. You can zip them and add them here as attachment.

As I said I have tried everything I can find on this message board including the program you indicated.
I am currently in contact with Samantha requesting a full refund.
I don't want to publicly add the FRST.txt here but I have sent it to Samantha.
In my view there are too many people having problems with X5 and it looks as if it hasn't been beta tested properly. I don't want to spend more hours (I've already spent a day) trying to sort out a compatability problem with a piece of commercial software.

Ich habe mir gestern die neue Version 13 heruntergeladen und installiert, Bei mir erscheint das gleiche Fenster wie bei Edwin K. Was hat es mit dem Web Companion auf sich? Ich hatte mich für dieses Programm entschieden, weil es recht einfach zu bedienen ist. Wieso funktioniert das nicht?
Kann mir jemand helfen?

I've set the post as private so only we can read the content.
Could you please try to uninstall the Hide My IP program to see if then it works?
In case the uninstall should not remove all files please download following attachment and unzip it and move it in the same folder where you have the FRST.exe program and then start FRST.exe and click on "Fix".
