After update to V2021.4 - 'crash' of the application when saving or previewing

after update to PRO V2021.4 (from most recent PRO version before this release)
- 'crash' of the application when saving or previewing
when trying to save or previewing a project after some modifications, most of the times (exceptionally it doesn't happen) the application 'crashes'. 'crashes' = no control anymore over the app, looks like completely frozen.
The system monitor still indicates activity (memory, etc...) of Website X5 PRO, but the app remains frozen.
Sometimes after dozens of minutes waiting, it 'unfreezes' again...

There are a number of posts here recently pointing to empty cells as the culprit. Do any or all of the pages have empty cells? If so, please place an object in each, there is no need to provide content (I just use a text object).
Please advise if this fixes the problem.

Spring Produkties have you had any joy finding any reason for the crash/freeze issue?

it looks (until now at least) that filling up empty spaces with an empty text field helps
thanks for the suggestion for this workaround, but on the other hand please allow me to remark again, that almost every big release comes with a bug which makes us loose hours and hours of precious time. Why can't X5 updates not be first time rights ?
