Changes made to projects dont appear in previews or online after uploading, new pages dont appear at all?

When I update the text on a page or create a new page the changes are saved to the project but the changes I make dont appear in the preview and when I upload the project to my domain the changes and new pages arent there, any ideas?
I've turned off firewall and antivirus software and cleared all browsing history, i'm stumped and frustrated!

James, if you export the website to disk (create a suitable folder) rather than to the internet, then use your browser to open the index file, are the changes and new pages visible?
If so, you could then upload those files with filezilla or similar.

Thank you for your help Esahc. I tried that but unfortunately the new pages I created and the changes to existing pages didnt export to disk, very strange!

Don't close it James - long posts with lots of comments are inclined to attract Incomedia's attention :-)
