Text spacing on Mobile view  en

As advised by Helpdesk Team starting new query string.

  1. The spacing between start and end of formatted boxed text - If I put a return on top and at the end of a formatted boxed text cell, in the desktop it looks fine, like the person reading is being given time to comprehend what has been written but in the mobile view it looks like a grave error in formatting as the spaces are so deep. How can I control this as adjusting the padding does not seem to work either.

Hello Norman,

A return in a text field is not seen as space from certain operating systems or browsers.

Best is not to use them for creating space. Better make use of the inner and outer space options in x5, this will work much better and gives you all over correct view.

select the object and use the style button on top.

Sometimes it's difficult to see what these spaces exactly do (cause other objects have them also) in that case just for test make the background a colour and the other object or the page /template another colour if needed so you will see what these spaces occupy and how to set inner and outer margins for your wishes. After that set the backgrounds back to normal.

Goodluck.

Yes it is at first, but after working with it you will know what and where the margins are and you will not need the colour tip, and adjust at once.

But because there are inside and outside and on aother objects and in the template also spaces, it's best to start this way to get a good hang of it.

Again, Goodluck, if you need more information let me / us know.
