Suddenly after the Windows Fall upgrade, the program stopped working and the message I receive is "There was an error while running the program. Please re-install the program). I installed it twice but nothing happened.

Hello Fotios,
Open in windows following folder:
C:\Users\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v14 - Professional
Where you add your windows username instead of YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME
And then delete the config.xml file and the xml file in libraries.
Once done reinstall the program.
