Drop down list info selection does not appear when send to email

Dear Support,
I've upgraded to Website X5 Pro 15. I imported my work from Website X5 Pro 14 into the new version. I encounter one problem which is my selection in the drop down list does not appear when sent to email. I've removed the drop down list and add it again. But still whatever I've chosen in the drop down list does not appear when it sent to email. Is this Website X5 Pro 15? You can test it here:

I will do some test with version 15 and let you know
For now, temporarily change the drop down fields to normal fields, so you can receive bookings.
Perhaps this is a bug?

Now I'm using List field type instead of Drop Down List field type and it's working fine.
