Is the Ipad up to date? Also the browser? Try another browser - if possiblle-

Thanx for your reaction. The IPad 3 is up to date, software iOS 9.3.5 ( not the newest, but it's the last update possible for IPad 3), I have tried the Safari browser of course and also Google and Firefox. The same problem, only the Homepage is shown with the 2 photos. The photo link on that page brings you to a new page but the only thing that is shown is my name and the menu icon, which doesn't work. The menu icon on the home page isn't working either

Dat zou het best wel eens kunnen zijn. Ik heb mijn oude iPad 1 (iOS 5.1.1) weer eens opgeladen en mijn site is prima responsive, het menu en alle links werken op dit apparaat. Het ligt dus niet aan de iOS-versie of aan WebsiteX5.

Hi Robert en Andre, java script staat aan in de browsers, kan me ook niet voorstellen dat het het aan de software van webSite X5 ligt, omdat de website keurig draait op laptop, desktop en mobiel. Kan  er niet achter komen wat het probleem zou kunnen oplossen? Blijf hopen op suggesties.

Slegers, I do not have an iPad, but it sounds like your iPad is simply "kludged up" and cannot accept all the grpahics. Recent issues with an oldish Samsung Tablet were solved by a reset to factory defaults. It's harsh, but assuming you have the appropriate backups it could revitalise the pad.

We were able to test this issue and have encountered it just the same as you all did.

This issue has been reported to the developers for further analysis.

I will get back to you here as soon as any update on this matter is available to me.

Dear Stefano, Incomedia and website x5, I wonder if there is any progress. It's two weeks later and I just had an update for Website X5 Evolution 15, but I still encounter the same problem, my website is bad visible on my Ipad3. Most of the photos, the base of my website, ain't visible and the menu isn't working good,

Dear Stefano, I updated X5 E15 yesterday, but every page with a photo gallery still doesn't work on my Ipad3, neither does it show my header of the Homepage. The pages and the parts with text are OK. It's strange cause on newer IPads it works without any problem. Also on androidphones, IPhones, laptops and Pc's the website works perfectly.

Yesterday was V15.1.0, today there is a new update 15.1.1 with a fix for Safari browser.
