Website X5 Freezing

Hello,
Being a happy user of Website X5 I would like to get attraction of Incomedia on an important problem. From using version 16.2.1 of Website X5 I am facing freezing problems just like others. The software freezes maximum time when we go to preview option. I would like to request Incomedia to bring an update and fix this problem. Though the same was happening with previous update also.
According to this post - https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/es/post/197865 I am not using any complicated template just a blank template where I am using some basic fonts, title and pictures.
Another thing I would like to request is please bring back the 'reset' option for the contact form so that we can use it.

Nel frattempo puoi usare jquery... personalizza il numero in grassetto... inserisci lo script in esperto, prima della chiusura del tag Head della pagina che contiene il modulo.

It would be helpful if you could open an Idea topic for the RESET matter, since it would certainly be considered further if presented into a proper Idea.
About the Freezing, it is most probably not related to the version specifically, but to some kind of content that a project might have.
What if you try and create a new test project from scratch and try to perform the same operations as the one you're currently working on? Do you experience the same?
If not, and the issues become more and more on your current project, it might be worth checking that directly
