Update Protection is a service related to your WebSite X5 licence. It has been introduced for version 14, and it was first activated for free for your licence. As you did not actually buy it (I am not referring to the one you have purchased recently, but to the one we activated for you when the system was first introduced), it is unfortunately not possible to receive a refund for the Update Protection you have been using until now, I am sorry about this.
