initial use of product, update message appears on startup.  accept update and commence process which runs through and past accept T&C window.  Begins update and produces a message "Unable to update files Please verify programs are closed and retry".

I have rebooted, closed virus checker, run update stand alone, run as administrator all with no difference.

Any help appreciated.
