Anchor menu not working properly.

Recently I am facing a strange issue with anchor menus.

When one clicks to a menu button, it doesn't displays expected body of a webpage.
Let me know what is wrong. Also let me know if I am mistaking somewhere.

But if I click 'Check for updates' menu, s message window appears saying following thing. I am experiencing it since last couple of days.

Please a screenshot of the layout, where we can see the objects with the anchor symbol, and then a screenshot of one or more menu-items where we can see the link setting(s).
It seems that some of the anchors is correct.
Beware that when you have the sticky menu, then the top of the object could be hidden behind the sticky menu. Unfortunately it is not possible to set an offset for an anchor.
The anchor positioning problem should have been solved in the 17.0.6 version.
There is still problems when using numerical anchors ( solved in beta 17.0.7 ) - maybe you could change the names of the anchors.

Two websites are for upgradation. But anchor menu not working properly. Client is constantly asking for upgrade a website. But menus are not working properly.
I am not able to update V17. Not getting any answer from support team. What to do?

Only 16.3.1 is available for me to download. Couple of days ago, V16 got directly upgraded to V17. I haven't purchased it.
Sadly no any authority from Incomedia is answring this issue.
I am suffering. Client is angry and is about to change a service provider. No more willing to take services from me.

It seems that you have the upgrade, and you should therefore be able to download the latest ver 17.0.8 from your profile.
As you have the upgrade you should not purchase it.
If you are on the Upgrade then you SHOULD get assistance from INCOMEDIA if you are not able to download the latest version.
INCOMEDIA - please help Mandar with the upgrade or confirm that he is not in the Upgrade programme ( but looking at his account it seems that Upgrade should be active ).
when you create a project in this program make copies of it in iwzip format only so you protect yourself from program errors and your own .... if you updated the project to version 17 you cannot go back without an iwzip copy ... try at the "select of the project "(without opening it) clicking" archiving ", the program may have saved your previous copies
install version 16.3.1 without deleting 17 ... it will be installed in another folder ... the project folder will be shared for both the 16 and 17 versions

If you had taken action on this post, then Mandar's problem would have been solved earlier, and not so many people would have been involved.
It seems that the problem was at INCOMEDIA. But the same thing could happen for ALL.
Mandar seems to have got the upgrade and was "standing" on the version where the anchors ( and many other things ) was not functioning correct.
This post shows what trap you can get caught in.

The attitude of INCOMEDIA is clear... not to cooperate with a customer. What will you suggest me to do in case of V17 projects which I completed earlier.

I can see icons of project completed with V17, but not able to open it using V16 (of course... I understand that I cannot do it.).
**I am not able to access any project which I completed, spending hours & hours on it.
I have taken an appointment of my legal advisor. Very shortly I am about to send a notice to INCOMEDIA.

You have 4 options.
1 - You buy the version 17, and then you have another year upgrade. BUT be careful, that when the period of one year is nearly running out - then you must NOT upgrade to a new version even if your Upgrade allows you to. If you do, you will run in the same problems again.
2 - You buy the version 17, and then you have included one year upgrade. You have decided that you will continue to buy the upgrade every year, and this way you will have to pay half of the price for a full package every year. Then you will always be on the latest version. A hint : when a new version is released, then WAIT until the first 3 or 4 patches has been made.
3 - You make the things you have made in version 17 once more, but in version 16. It should not take long, as one of the good things about X5, is, that it is quite easy to make things when you have the material and the structure. And you have the images and texts, and you have the structure.
Then you continue with the version 16, until you see that there is a new version with an astonshing functionality that you MUST have. Until you buy a new version, you can continue with the version 16 at no cost.

Which way you go, is up to you.

Your guidelines will surely be helpful to me.
One thing must be noted in my case. I received V17 while I clicked 'Checked for updates' option in the stage one of WSX5 V16. I simple thought that it is available for me. Then I continued to with with V17.
Because of INCOMEDIA's technical issue, my V17 got inactive; and now I am in trouble.
And even at this moment, after our discussion of couple of days, no any authority from INCOMEDIA in pondering in to this issue.
I am not going to purchase further version unless and untill company authority suggests me a proper solution of my issue.

You can combine the options.
You can choose option 1 or option 3. And then you have your projects up-and-running. If you choose option 1 then you can afterwards choose option 2 or option 4.
If you choose option 3 you can continue with this option or you can continue with option 4.
I would suggest that you first choose option 1 or 3 and then find out if you should by time continue with option 2 or you should continue with option 4.
You will have time to explore option 4 when you have your projects up-and-running.
Just saw your last post.
Then choose option 3.
Make the projects again in version 16. This is a near-stable version, and this version you know.
Then your projects can be finished. You have then time to look for alternatives.
