In the header you choose the code-icon ( 1 ).  Then (2) Insert widgets - here you choose what you want to view.

You can insert more to show both total amount and weight

Hope this was what you meant.

If it is just about a link to the cart, then insert an icon, and on this icon, then make a link to the cart.

You could also both have the cart icon and the information like total amount/ weight

Regarding the mobile, it is a matter of setting it up for the mobile view-port
