Too many unlock code requests from my account

Hi,
I wanted to access my account and I receive the message that too many unlock requests have been sent from my account, therefore I can't proceed any further. I would appreciate if you could assist me in this matter, so that I can finally access my account.

Kostandin, this normally only happens if you have installed WX5 simultaneously on too many PC's/laptops. How many active installations do you have? Have there been ongoing difficulties (PC crashes, new PC's, odd behaviour at startup, etc)?
I am sure you can be assisted if you can demonstrate that you currently only have one other active installation (you are only entitled to have WX5 installed on 2 devices and both must be for your use).
I have the same error 314. How can I get rid of this? I have many windows updates and crashes. I only have 2 machines that I use. what can I do
