how to creat an online chat service or query submission taht will charge the customer fees for submitting their queries or using the consultation . . .

It is just a testsite so noone is online. It can be seen in the lower right corner. It is easy to implement and is functioning also on the mobile platform - also the administration part.
About the taxation you could have a submission or a one time fee, that could be handled by the shopping part of X5.

You could try it out - BUT BEWARE - the TawkTo is totally free and the optional object is free to install BUT you have to pay for a subscription.
TawkTo = free to install and free to use
Optional object = free to install but you have to pay to use it.
The free core functions in TawkTo is very good and will do for most people. For business and so, there is some add-on you will have to pay for.
There are also other free chat-services you can find on the net - try it out and then see what fits your need.

what I am looking for exactly is a widget that allows coustomers to submit tickets of inquiries and then i reply to them
of course they have to pay for submitting the queriy

Then I would suggest you make a digital product.
When the customer makes the order he can in the order write what is the problem. He then completes the order and then pay.
You will be mailed a copy of the order, and you can now via mail ( or phone ) answer the inquiry, and also tell the customer how/when to open a live-chat with you. The order will automatically get a reference number.
The digital product could be a PDF-file in which you describe what is the next step/ how it all functions.

I am setting up a business of consukltation online which requires a cutomer to pay an dbook (this is done by bookeo) and then do the consukltation.
If I could have all of that in one widget will be good, however; i am still happy to have 2 separate platforms as long as I can refer back to previous cionsultations . .
