I'd like to add a custom PayPal button that facilitates annual member subscriptions. Is there any particular method for doing this, or do I just create the button in my PayPal account and insert it as a HTML object?
I only ask as I've had issues with PayPal on other X5 websites. (I also noticed the Paypal donate button, but that doens't faciliated subscriptions.

The HTML object with code from paypal is a good fit for this. Especially if you take advantage of the opportunities at paypal.
We have already used this for "Lightning purchase " in wx5, which was well received.

Thanks.
I've added it and it works fine as of yet(we'll see once it goes live next week).
I did notice a lot of white space being added in the cell when I add the button.(SS1 & SS2) Anyone know how to rectify this?

Posting in the HTML object in the default column size(whether it be 3/4/5 columns wide) resulted in a lobsided button. (The "subscribe" button & card icon were to the right of the text field, much more than in SS3. ) I had to play with the column size a lot to get it centred.
Hi John.
Could it be that you applied an unnecessary high height to the cell?
This could be the reason why so much space was added below the button. Simply decreasing that may solve the issue
Unfortunately, I was unable to properly understand if you were able to solve the alignment problem already, even though it seemed generated by the custom code alone. Is it so?
Please keep me posted on this here
Thank you

Thank Stefano, that was exactly the problem. It was set to the default height.
All fixed and working, much appreciated.
