Contact form doesn't send e-mails

I'm using a plain contact form. Simply enter your name, address and some text.
In the field address user (E-mailadres gebruiker) I've put mail mail address of the host (***). No mails recieved when using the send button.
Changing the address to my private e-mail address doesn't change a thing. Noting.
Both addresses are working fine with Mozilla, why not with X5?
I appreciate any help!

Many thanks for the answer. I'm almost there.
In the X5 admin panel I can send mails only with the "standard script". The others don't work well and generates error messages at the bottom.
The question is now how and where to install this "standard script" as default.
