I have a photo templet diannesphotos.com
we want to change the header photo the humming bird to one of our photos could not figure how to edit header

Hello,
Seems to be a template from version 10 and the bird image is a part of the complete image of the Header.
It's not possible to remove the bird. You have to redo the whole image of the Header.
It's the same for the image of the footer...

(It > En) ... as Jiper 85 has already said, you have to edit the image with your graphics program, for example I quickly reviewed it like this:
