Having problem to download license  en

Hello

I want to download my license for Pro 17 and when I put the key in and email it is saying it is wrong, I have copied the key directly from the page and I know the email is correct.  Windows 10 did an update and all my saved programmes got wiped off.  So frustrating, trying to get everything back again.

How can I get a copy of my license please?  

I would so appreciate some assistance

Hello Susan,

While you are waiting for a response from Incomedia it's worth checking whether or not you have active Update Protection:

Update Protection

If you don't, and you attempt to install a version greater than 17.0.12.1 then the activation will fail.

The solution (if that is the case) would be to either renew your WebSite X5 licence and install the latest version 17 (which is 17.1.2), or install WebSite X5 again using the older 17.0.12.1 setup file.
