Geoff, as you are logged in here to the help centre, I suggest you know your password (but if the browser knows it and you do not, check browser settings).

Logged in you can check for offers, download version/s you own and retrieve licensed keys thru your profile.

Geoff, I now note on your profile you already own 2019.3

Have you imported your v11 project in to v2019.3? If so are you having difficulty uploading your upgraded site to your host because you have lost your hosting password? If this is the case you need to contact your host and they can either provide it or allow you to reset it.
