Error opening "Empty" and "Blank" template  en

Hi, I am using Website X5 Pro, I just purchased it yesterday.

I am having trouble where to find contact for tech support.

Opening "Empty" or "Blank" templates show error: Unable to execute file in the temporary directory.Setup aborted. Error 5: Acceso denegado

David, I have seen this issue when your anti-virus attempts to protect you (and has got it wrong). Firstly can you temporarily uninstall or disable any 3rd party anti-virus/malware/firewall or vpn? If this works exceptions can be added to the software to stop future issues.

If this doesn't work I would like to recommend you download ccleaner (FREE)

https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

and run it. On rare occasions I have seen a temporary folder (hidden from user) so full that Windows could not generate a random file name to unpack a program for installation.
