After the latest update, previewing will no longer work, it will only show up on a blank page with no content. I do not know if it has to do with the update, but if I test in an older version it works perfectly. Grateful for suggestions what I can do.
See attached picture.

try the preview with the ctrl button pressed, this opens a clean preview, hopefully this helps.

Unfortunately, there was no difference.
ok, in the top right of the preview is a button to select a different browser for the preview. try that one.
If this also does not work, can you test with a small new project to see if there works or not?
it's the same problem reported by me in this video in another Topic:

Maybe it's a problem related to the latest update of Windows 10 and not of Website X5, I read other posts here in the Help Center
So it looks like a problem in the new version then. Maybe Incomedia can help out here.
As said by Andre E. if you hold down the Ctrl key on the PC keyboard and then click on the "Preview" item of Website X5, everything should work. At least it works for me with Ctrl + Preview. However this is not normal, so something that doesn't work properly is in the software. Hello
SVEN, if you haven't done so already, please ensure there are no empty cells on you page/s (simply place an object to fill each or all cells, you need not add content), if that does not do the trick then please temporarily uninstall or disable your 3rd party anti-virus/firewall/malware/vpn.
It could be the same issue as here https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/es/post/222618
Please let us know if this fixes the problem

Hi and thanks for the answers.
The problem was that the antivirus program prevented the page from opening.
(As Esahc suggested)
I have Avast Premium Security since 1 year ago, but this has never happened before, can I possibly have changed any settings in the program?
It is just a false positive that can happen with any antivirus/firewall. Add the exception as detailed by Christo in the link above and all will be well :-)
