Hi Guys,
Until yesterday everything worked correctly and
I have just updated the new version of WebSiteX5 and I have several problems:
1. It says that PhP version is under the minimum required. Before updating (yesterday), it worked correctly
2. I can't log in to the website on WebSite Manager App: it says "check that the data is correct"
3. In the webshop, the "NEXT" button doesn't work any more
4. In shipping address, there are just 3 required data: First/Last name, ZIP and Town. Customer can't give the company name and the proper address!
5. Every now and then it misses the Hungarian translation in the webshop
Thank you for your help

Orsolya, through the control panel of your web hosting (or by asking them to assist), upgrade php to 7.1 or greater.
This should fix most problems but please advise outstanding problems after the upgrade of php
My posts are hidden in praise section... I have problems also...
Hello Orsolya Csernak,
1. and 2. Please verify PHP version, as suggested.
3. Please be sure to use the updated version. As soon as you launch WebSite X5 you will be notified about new updates
4.Can you please give me more info and/or the URL of your website?
5. Please check in the Content Language settings in SteP 1. You can also add or export a local language.
Let me know,
Stefano

I was lucky to see your message you are talking about before it was hidden!
You started it with the word "Disappointed". No good...
Same problem ,,, I have to go back to earlier version.
Hello Orsolya
I will try to answer your questions one by one:
1_ The issue with PHP should be gone after updating. I think you confirm this now and we can move on with the other issues. By the way, this was actually no real issue. The software performs tests before exporting in order to verify that your hosting meets the requirement. If you see that the PHP version is not okay, you should not export the website online. Update the PHP version first so that the warning is gone
2_ We're currently aware of this and already investigating the matter. I will keep you posted here on this
3_ About the mentioned fields, they should all already be there. You just need to turn them visible from the software configuration:
4_ If you're missing any Hungarian translation, please let me know here. I will contact the developers so that it can be added
Thank you
Stefano
