Page preview is not working

Hi, after installing the latest update 2020.2.4, the page preview is not working.

It works for me without problems.
Try a restart of pc, start x5 again, and use ctrl key with preview button.
This is only once needed.
Let me know how that worked out.

After reinstall the software, it works.
