Now I'm trying again to update to 2025 and still receiving the same issue, I cannot continue downloading and installing from the begining, this issue needs to be solved or please reimburse my last payment. This is not what I payed for years ago...

Click on the user name in the top right corner, then select "My Profile" and click on "Download". There you can download the latest version and there you will also find the license key for installation under "License Key".

if that error is displayed again could you please check the task manager and make sure that there are no multiple processed for WebSite X5 displayed?
If this is the case, please close them all before opening only one instance of the software and trying to update.
