Can't connect to Incomedia SERVER

It has been two days my website x5 pro can't connect to incomedia server .
This issue casue the icon stay at updating libraries and can't run it
Any way to disable update check to make it run directly ?

Jesse, if you disconnect from the network before starting WX5 it should skip update.
For most people this delay has been caused by anti-virus/malware products. You could try (temporarily) removing 3rd party anti virus/malware/firewall protection, if it then works exemptions can be applied.

have you followed Esahc's suggestion? Can you then start the program normally? Also don't forget to start it as administrator.
