Payment cart not sending e-mails to either customer or seller in X5 Evo 9

I am using Website X5 Evolution 9 and have set up a website with a shopping cart page. When you buy an item it goes through the whole process and allows payment by Paypal but does not send either a confirmation email to the customer or an order email to the seller. I cannot work out what to do to get this to happen.
Can anybody help please

I entered the licence code in the portal but it is not appearing in the list. It is for the follwing software WebSite X5 Evolution 9. I do not want to post the Licence key here but can send it to you privately if possible.
Please let me know what to do next

Maybe Incomedia can help you out with the licence, you should be able to set it.
Set this post to private and the you can add the key.
for your shop, check that you use an email adres that is used by your provider, some don't pass through mail adresses that are not from the host.
