No Templates work with latest version of X5 Software 11/2020  en

I purchased the latest version of X5 along with credits to buy templates. However, I now find that none of the available templates work with the latest version (as of date 12/12/2020). The template info pages all state:

"Created with WebSite X5 Pro 2020.2"

and

"Uh-oh, your latest software version doesn't work with this."

What is the use of software which doesn't work with any of the Marketplace's templates?

Hello.To try to answer this question, please ask it from an account that has a version of the program you are talking about. I don't see any licenses for Steve C.

Hello Steve,

The Ink World was created and designed for use with WebSite X5 2020 Pro, as opposed to Evo:

As you are using a more basic edition of WebSite X5 you need to look for templates which are specified as being compatible with Evo, such as the random example below:

I am sure that Incomedia will assist you in refunding the cost of the Ink World template if you have purchased it in error.  Just open a private post to them if you so wish.
