Showbox pop up squishing picture

Hello! Maybe I can't see the wood for the forest, but I'm having trouble with showbox pop up.
I have pictures on the site that are lower res, when you click them a showbox pop up is called with a higher res picture. I can't work out why, even though all the showbox pictures are the same size, some in the showbox are squished, in the preview they are sideways. Any ideas?

Hello.Show showbox pop up settings for such portraits:"Sisters", "Toby".
(It > En) ... the images do not have the same dimensions and resolutions ...
... these images of yours in my STAMP were taken with a smartphone (i(!)11)! .. vertically oriented(!) ...
... then correct the orientation with MsPaint or any graphics program, and then import the image into the project...
