Cannot Download Website X5

I just purchased the latest upgrade for Website X5 Pro (v. 2021.3.5) however, I cannot download it.
The message says, "Failed - Network error."
When do you expect to have this problem resolved?

Not sure if this helps you Myron, but I have just downloaded 2021.3.5 from my profile without issue.

Somehow, I was on the Italian site.
The download simply did not work.
I went back to the "normal" site, and all is well.
I've got the 2021.3.5 file now.
