As always, I am not able to pay you using this amount using any payment option which I have at the moment. No any credit or debit card which I have; works with your cart.
I requested you numerous times to allow payments using cards accepted in India. You can do it using a Google Pay or UPI (UPI is a facility made by the government of India); but nobody considers my request.
Whats wrong for you to accept payments using these methods? Every time I have to request some of my friends or clients to help me for this payment.
Please generate a link and send it to me ASAP. Will forward it to my friend for payment.

I have tried all possible ways. Using WX5 since it's 8th verson. Try to understand my problem. I send request many times, but your payment department don't do anything. I don't know what is a problem with them for accepting payment through Google pay or UPI? Many companies all around the world use it.
Is INCOMEDIA avery special company not to accept payment with these options? I am asking for it since many years.
I receive a diplomatic and useless reply from you every time.
For new websites, I have already shifted to some other Web designing software. During near future, I may stop using WX5 once I am familier with new software. INCOMEDIA is not the only company in the world.
Now don't ask me any further things. Send a payment link if possible or forget it.

Why doesn't your friend simply log in as you and make the payment using a suitable method? it doesn't appear to be a hard ask?

When selected PayPal, INR ot add funds option is not there.
Tried in many ways. You can see logs in my account and confirm.
After years & years of request, why don't you allow Indian payment options or Google Pay ? Instead of suggesting numerous things, you can make our purchase simple.

This issue appears to be a problem with your PayPal account and your linked visa card. check your paypal account and ensure card details and expiry date are correct. The PayPal transaction worked, but PayPal blocked payment for want of access to your card.
PS I am a user, not from incomedia. I have a preferred card for payment too but had to get a mainstream card in order to complete overseas transactions.

For 1 account I can understand but how can be a problem with different people's PayPal accounts; which they are using since so many years ?
Do you think that a person who is using WX5 since last 10 years is a fool ? Do you think your customer is a fool ?
I don't understand one thing... why are you so rigid in availing payment using Google pay or UPI payments from India? I am asking this for last 3-4 years.
Mandar, I have no idea why other payment methods are not accepted (perhaps fees are too high?) but none the less, your most recent payment failed because paypal could not retrieve 14399.27 INR from your visa/mastercard ending in 8561
Your post says you are trying to purchase a new version, but the payment appears to be for 25 credits?

Instead of discussing this foolish and spending your and my time; can you please request INCOMEDIA's payment department to accept payments from Google pay and UPI ?
Even after many year's; I am not able to understand what's their exact problem in accepting payments from above mentioned ways ? This is been approved by thousands of overseaes companies and we are regularly buying using this.

Mandar, you could have had the software on your computer weeks ago by simply sending an International Bank Draft to Incomedia in Italy via an international courier service (IIC, FEDEX, Purolater, UPS, DHL, etc.)

I would like to inform you about payments in India and WSX5 . It is not the subject of your post, but I have different payment custom solutions for India people to add them into Website.
Another users on this forum have had same issues to configure WSX5 and payment in India.
These kinds of custom payments are already in place into my demo, and are specific for your market.
And also very fresh from now, It is possible to use Google Pay with these kinds of Payments Service Providers (PSPs) which support Google Pay
And the very new into my demo too, is an UPI Prototype payment.
Maybe you can improve your WSX5 projects with these custom payment gateways.
