Credits Expiry

Hi Incomedia,

I have 7 credits that are supposed to expire on 09/20/2022 but I have just received an email saying they are about to expire. What's going on?

Hello Nigel,

The credits themselves are not due to expire until 20th September 2022... it is the 'special offer' which expires in 7 days time.

If you click on the button labelled 'Discover our offer' this should become clearer.

I think Incomedia should be more careful about choosing their email subject line as it doesn't relate to the email subject matter. This is what they sent: "Your Credits are about to expire. ⛽" it should have been "Your special offer is about to expire".

Please take note Incomedia.
