Hi Everyone,
I feel that my Website X5 form confirmation E-mail should address my users by their first name.
I am using a Create Form Object. On the List tab I have the following fields defined:
- First Name: text field, with Options, <name> attribute = first
- Last Name: text field
- Email: E-Mail address field
On the Send tab, I would like the "Confirmation e-mail for the user" Message text to include the user’s first name, as entered by the user in the First Name field.
I read this: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/es/post/242117 , but I did not understand the answer.
I tried “Hi <first>,” in the Message, but that does not display the name in the E-Mail. What is the correct HTML code to use or a way to do this? I am not using a database.
Kind regards, keep safe,
Joe.

Hello. As far as I know, at the moment, this cannot be done using the tools of the program.
