Good day,
I need to create pages where individual users with created permissions will be able to upload PDF documents.
These PDF documents are then displayed to users on a specific private page according to permissions. Can I create it with Website X5 Pro?

Vojtěch, you cannot do this directly in WX5.
However, you could use google drive (& probably onedrive?) to share one or more folders, if they had write permission I assume they could move files into the folder and a link to that folder could be provided (password protected page) in WX5
