Inline frame of pdf doesn't have scroll to see all of page on some ios devices

At the bottom of every product page is an iframe with the items' product pdf (abthermal.com). Works fine on all desktop browsers on Mac and PC that I have been able to test. Works on android. Doesn't work on ipad/iphone that I have tested so far - just shows part of the pdf page with no scroll bars.
The pdf download link works fine for ipad/iphone - opens scaleable pdf.
Any ideas, and thank you
