Is there any way I can increase the number of rows on a page (currently it is limited to MAX 96)
for some event pages we need mote than that

I confirm it isn't possible to increase the maximum rows and column umber: you can add up to 96 rows and 12 columns.

Maybe you should then have another approach to the event pages.
The max of 96 is a lot of rows.
Example: Have you considered to use the blog for that?
You can then have categories and so.
(It > En) ... if you know how to use and configure it correctly, there is also the Table Object, which has no limit to the number of rows...
