Too Many Connection error with 2022.2.4

Since upgrading to 2022.2.4, every time I try an 'upload to internet' after the first one, I get an error saying I have Too Many Conncetions (see image).
This never used to happen.

Hello. I recommend reducing the number of connections to three.

I'll drop it down from the default 10.
Out of interest, what has changed to need this to be reduced? I notice closing and restarting X5 allows me to upload again, suggesting the connections are not being destroyed after completion of an upload. Is this a new issue?
