It looks like you are using the latest version of WX5, please confirm this?

Also, can you please goto https://example.com/admin and select ‘website test’. Please tell us 1) the PHP version being used by the hosting server, and 2) if you can send email from the form on the test page?

Pavel (or someone else who can read Russian) should be able to support you with this error. The error massage looks significant.

I can tell you that the website test page (email section at the bottom) is the best place to get started with email. You will need to know which script is appropriate for your server (I use php SMTP) and the details of your email provider. Start off simple, and work your way up.

Thank you for confirming that email is not working on the website test page. This eliminates many other possibilities.

Please continue to use the website test page until we have success. After we successfully send an email from the test page, we can then move on to project forms.

So, one of the email scripts on the test page should have worked (if the details were entered correctly).

Please verify that the email part of ‘FTP & Database connection parameters’ (Step 5 in WX5) is filled in correctly? Then, go back to the website test page. If no changes were made on ‘FTP & Database connection settings’ then we will need to look at the script-type and your email settings more closely. In this case, we will need screenshots of the filled-in email test fields.

Because I can’t see what you have entered in the email test fields, Macin, I can only assume that you are very confident about what is expected on the form.

I can only offer one more suggestion: It looks like you are trying to configure SMTP email. Are you aware that some email providers expect the ‘from’ email field to contain the account holders email address?

Доброго дня, на другом сайте форма обратной связи работает без нареканий, с почтой маил.ру с скриптом аутентифицированный сетевой

А другой сайт у вас на том же хостинге? 

Да только хостинг в Германи находится, вопрос решил проблема была с SMTP администратор закрыл изначально оказаться, попросил чтобы открыли через какое то время все заработало, и да оставьте майл.ру в покое все работает на ура. Спасибо всем за внимание.
