I'm using Incomedia Website X5 v2022.2 - Go. My computer is Windows 11 Pro.
When trying to load any of the free templates I get this error: " It is not possible to complete the download."
Please advise.

check if you have firewall on / set them off and try again.

It was our Sonicfirewall.
