Export Issues - I've been a Website user for years.

I've rarely had any problems over the past decade that I have used shopping cart, but the recent update has through me for a loop. My FTP exports have always been speedy and complete until this week. I check with my host and sent the problems I'm experienceing to him. He suggested changing the FTP options, which finally allowed me to upload. I was finally able to upload, but the shopping cart does not work. futher attempts to export are timing out. I went so far as to delete 3 catagories to see if that would help. This is a very bad time of the year for my Website's shopping cart not to function correctly. I'm up at 4am trying to export to see if helps but it didn't.

Diane, can you temporarily disable of uninstall 3rd party av/malware/vpn/firewall as well as disable Windows Defender and Windows Firewall, reboot and test?
If it performs correctly you may get the option to create exception/s when you reinstate your protection and again reboot. I have experienced problems specifically with the Windows Firewall.

Thank you - yes, temporarly turning off Windows Defender fixed the export problem, but not the Shopping Cart problem. It still doesn't function (can not add items to cart) I made sure my pop-up blocker is off.
