Need Help Getting Rid of Blank Title & Hamburger Button …

Hi All,
I need help.
In "preview mode" I am getting a strange blank tile and hamburger menu button (please see annotated PNG image attached to this post) that I don't understand how it got there or how I can get rid of it, before I publish my website online.
Can someone tell me where the setting for this title and hamburger menu button are, and what steps I need to navigate in order to make it go away, permanently.
Many thanks for any help or suggestions anyone has to offer about this topic.

Go to step 2, Template Content. Select each resolution and make changes, deletions or hide objects as required for each resolution.
Hi!
If you see that when scrolling down the page you need to deactivate the Sticky Bar on Step 2 > Sticky Bar.
