Responsive line breaks not working

My site https://championprenail.co.nz was created using responsive settings and all works ok except the 720px setting where X5 Pro shows line breaks but they do not linebreak in the preview or online..
Appreciate some learned comments.. Thanks

Peter, the display you don't like is actually 720-1200px, so if you want those breaks you need to do them in the top resolution.
I also strongly recommend you fill the empty cells with an object (eg text - this need not have any content)

Thanks for the comment, but I am happy with the sequence as it currently is in the top resolution. Its as you point out the 720 to 1200 that is not displaying 3 and 4 etc on a new line even though the dcreated page show the red new line path.
I have just done a full all files upload.. and its ONLY the 720-1200 on this page link below that is not implementing the new line

Peter, like I said, you need to create the line breaks on the highest resolution if you wish only 2 cells per line at 720-1200
