Upload problem

If you have big projects and you work on them every day, why are the same files renamed and unnecessarily filling the server space... The files are generated in your generator and given a different name and uploaded to the web... UNNECESSARY LOADING OF SPACE ON TO A SERVER WITH THE SAME FILES ONLY WITH A DIFFERENT (name) TITLE... This has been going on for years and you can't solve it... Imagine if you have a database of short videos or mp3 files... Then the server gets full after two uploads...
My last reported bug... NOT FIX, STEFANO PROMISE...
If we preview in a row video and click preview why the application uploads that video to the server if we only preview what it looks like ... When we put in the same row another video we want on the server, why the application for God's sake uploads the same videos and cramps server space unnecessarily...

Aleksej H. thank you, this problem is long time present, If you are on the field with low connection of internet you can image what the problem is when you need to upload a simple file and app uploading like that he have own mind...
